What is Sitara Supreme City?
Sitara Supreme City is a residential society from Sitara Group, in the developer's portfolio alongside Wadi-e-Sitara, Sitara Valley City, Sitara Smart City, Sitara Villas and the commercial projects Sitara Square and Sitara Grand Bazaar. Hussnain Estate Advisor is an authorized Sitara Group dealer.
Plot sizes and indicative rates
Plots are offered in 5, 7 and 10 Marla sizes. The indicative rate we publish is PKR 12 lac to 15 lac per Marla, which works out to roughly PKR 60 to 75 lac for a 5 Marla plot, PKR 84 lac to 1.05 crore for a 7 Marla plot and PKR 1.2 to 1.5 crore for a 10 Marla plot. The final figure depends on the block, phase and the plot's position, such as corner or park-facing, so always ask for a written, dated price before booking.

How to evaluate a plot in Sitara Supreme City
- Ask for the allotment or ownership papers for the exact plot and have your lawyer review them.
- Get the price, booking amount, instalments, possession and transfer charges in writing.
- Visit the plot: check its block, road access and neighbouring development.
- Compare the three sizes against your budget and your plan to build or hold.
- Pay only against official receipts.
