Residential plots
Plots in planned societies are the most common entry point. Smaller sizes need less capital and tend to be easier to resell, while larger plots suit buyers who plan to build. The Sitara societies we deal in offer sizes from 5 Marla up to 2 Kanal.
Ready houses and villas
A finished house or villa can be lived in or rented out immediately, avoiding the cost and delay of construction. Sitara Villas offers ready-to-move luxury villas.
Commercial units
Shops, offices and commercial plots in planned commercial projects such as Sitara Square and Sitara Grand Bazaar suit investors who want rental income or a business premises. They depend more on location and footfall than residential plots do.
Industrial and agricultural land
Industrial and agricultural land sit on our properties page. They suit specialised buyers and need extra checks on land use, access and legal status.
Questions to ask before you invest
- What is my purpose and holding period, and how soon might I need the cash?
- Is the society approved, and how much is actually built?
- What does the payment plan commit me to, and what are the late-payment terms?
- How easily could I resell or rent this, and what will it cost?
- Is any promised return in a signed agreement, or only spoken?
Returns cannot be guaranteed. Treat a property as an asset you must be comfortable holding if the market is slow.
