Taxes and fees
Taxes, stamp duty and transfer fees change often and depend on your status and the property type. We do not quote rates here. Ask your lawyer or tax adviser for the current figures and check them with the Federal Board of Revenue and the Punjab authorities before you pay.
This article is general information, not legal, tax or financial advice. Prices, rules and fees change, so confirm current figures with the developer and have a lawyer review your documents before you pay.
